Thank you, Amanda, for joining our club and bringing awareness to fight against human trafficking.
Amanda Jane, Chair of Public Image for D5280 Rotarians Fighting Human Trafficking Rotary Club joined us on October 21 to bring awareness to trafficking. It’s estimated that at any given time, there’s 27.6 million victims of human trafficking worldwide. The largest percentage, by far, is centered in the U.S. Raising awareness through guest speaking opportunities, donating to frontline organizations, or simply speaking up when a situation is suspected are all ways individuals can make a difference.
