Did you know Rotary District 5280 is the only district is the world to organize an annual humanitarian project? The upcoming 2027 project will mark year 23 of humanitarian projects! 
The Co-chair of the trip, Sally Goya from the Calabasas Rotary and Rotary International - District 5280, joined our club this week to share the logistics, meaning, and impact of the upcoming trip. Disease Prevention & Treatment, Basic Education & Literacy, Maternal & Child Health, and Economic & Community Development are the projects of focus. Sally and Rotarians from across 13 clubs, including our very own Carson Gardena Dominguez Rotary Club, will unite in Chile from March 29 to April 4 of 2027
