District 5280 Family Picnic

Bellflower Rotary Club continued the tradition of serving strawberries at the District 5280 Picnic on September 16, 2007.  As usual, we were the hit of the picnic and could not dish up the goodies fast enough for the crowd. It appears the District lives by the motto:

   Life is uncertain - eat dessert first!

The highlight of the day was when Linda Nesst hit the bulls eye and Doug Wilson in the doused in the dunk tank. The District Family Picnic is one of the highlights of the year when we get to relax together, play silly picnic games, eat a variety of treats provided by the ethnically diverse Rotary Clubs of the Distict and enjoy each others company. Plan to attend next years picnic - you won't be disappointed.
