Members have already received an email notice of this upcoming meeting, as per Rotary Club of Whitehorse Rendezvous' bylaws.
Our 2024 Annual General Meeting will be held on October 22 at 7:30 p.m.
To ensure that as many members can participate as possible, this meeting will be held by zoom.
We will be voting on the budget as well, and the new strategic plan for the club.
