Program has been providing much-needed food on weekends for over 64 Aldergrove school children in need.
Program has been providing much-needed food on weekends for over 64 Aldergrove school children in need. For the past two winters warm, hand-knit scarves and toques were added to the goodies included in the Friday Starfish packs thanks to volunteer knitters in the community.
A grateful youngster sent this heart-warming thank you card in appreciation. We are grateful to the knitters for the additional comfort they provide to the Starfish kids.
