2nd Annual Pasta Party Planned

 

The Starfish Pasta Party returns for a second year of fun, fabulous food and grateful thank-yous to the many local individuals and businesses who have supported the Starfish Backpack Program for the past 2 1/2 years. Thanks to their donations, the Aldergrove Starfish Backpack Program is able to provide 50 hungry kids in three local schools with weekend food for the current September-to-June school year. 

 

The Party menu again includes delicious pasta and sauces provided and prepared by Carlo Bonetti, owner of Bonetti Meats, fresh crisp salads and warm garlic bread. In addition there will be entertainment by local musicians and live and silent auctions.  David Moorthy, principal of Parkside Centennial Elementary School will describe how Starfish has benefitted students in need at his school.
