 N. Diane Fejes

Rotary International District 5010, Governor 2018-19

After growing up on a cattle and wheat ranch in southern Idaho, Diane graduated from Utah State University, moved to Alaska in 1978 and became a Certified Public Accountant.   She worked with the international accounting firms of Deloitte and KPMG as a Tax Partner - retiring in 2011 after 33 years of interpreting the ever-changing tax law. Diane and her husband, Bob, live in Anchorage where they raised their two intelligent, beautiful and fun daughters, Anna and Erin.  They enjoy the Alaskan lifestyle which includes flying to their remote cabin in summer, and winter trips to Hawaii.

Joining Rotary in 1989 with the Anchorage Rotary club, Diane has served in many Club and District capacities.  These include Club President in the year 2000-2001, District Treasurer, Assistant Governor and as District 5010’s Dean of The Leadership Academy, which trains future leaders about Rotary in an in-depth eLearning classroom over a 7 month timeframe.   Diane also serves on several community and corporate boards.  As a Rotary Foundation Major Donor and Bequest Society member DG Diane believes that the business oriented, non-religious, non-political aspect of Rotary allows us to succeed in being the preeminent worldwide organization to bring health, literacy, peace and prosperity to our world.
