Even if you missed the meeting you can stay up to date
Martin opened the meeting by announcing that this was his last daytime meeting as club president! Next Thursday, there will not be a daytime meeting, instead we will hold our annual Installation Dinner on Thursday night, June 17th at 6pm at Johann's.
We had both of the students that we sent to RYLA last month as guests today. Amber from CHS and Ariel from ERHS. With Don's help they lead an icebreaker exercise that they did at RYLA. It was lots of fun and enlightening. Amber is interested in working on the homeless problem in the Anchorage area and Ariel has big plans for a new fundraising idea. June 25 Duck Sorting Fireside: Brad and I will be hosting a fireside at our house so we can get a little work done for Ididaduck. We will share a potluck dinner and then sort ducks and do some train work afterwards.
Ididaduck tickets: If you don't have your tickets yet, let me know and I can get you some to sell.
Matching Paul Harris Points: June 15 is the deadline for matching points for any Foundation giving. Contact Jim Palmer for details. This is a great way to reach your Paul Harris quickly.
Project Amigo Grant Approved: This past Tuesday our District approved the matching funds for our Project Amigo grant! Our dream is finally becoming a reality. Let me know if you want to join us on this amazing trip.
