In the March 25 issue of Time Magazine on page 60, there is an article "The year that polio gets to zero.” There is this statement: "The road to almost zero has been a long one -- and a lot of the credit has rightly gone to Rotary International, the global service organization that made polio eradication its mission in 1979.
