Mr. Omelak will speak on the US/Russia Bilateral Treaty on Polar Bears including information on the Polar Bear Point education project and placement of Kali (an Alaska Polar Bear) at the St. Louis Zoo and how Alaska Native children are involved in Polar Bear education projects.
