Bob Foran Community Service Award
The Rotary Club of Salem has created the Bob Foran Community Service Award. The purpose is to honor high school juniors and seniors from Salem High School, United Local High School, West Branch High School, and Leetonia High School for outstanding community service. Nancy Weikart from Leetonia High School has been selected for her outstanding service in her community and school. Nancy is the daughter of Randy and Nancy Weikart. Gov.
