International Services Committee

Description

The International Services committee is dedicated to the concept that through our humanitarian actions we can begin to understand and help other cultures and they can learn of the generosity of our own.
 
Using local and international networks, the International Service Committee identifies and provides, via a variety of funding sources, financial support to humanitarian projects throughout the world. They range in size from small donations to multi-million dollar programs. Projects fit into one of the following categories:
 
  1. Disease prevention and treatment
  2. Peace and conflict prevention/resolution
  3. Water and Sanitation
  4. Basic education and literacy
  5. Maternal and child health
  6. Economic and community development
