Rotary Club of Wheaton Junior/Senior Scholarships
The Rotary Club of Wheaton Junior/Senior College Scholarship is to provide scholarship awards of up to $2,500 per year for students who are preparing for their Junior and Senior year in an accredited four year college or university. The applicants must be a Wheaton resident and have attended one of the high schools in District 200, or surrounding private high schools or home schooled. Students from the Rotary Club of Wheaton families are not eligible for this scholarship.
All applications are due by July 1, 2024. Please mail your application along with all required documents to:

Vocational Scholarships
Founded as a business networking organization, Rotary encourages and fosters high ethical standards in business and professions, the recognition of the worthiness of all useful occupations, and the dignifying of each occupation as an opportunity to serve society.
In District 6440, Rotarians pursue this commitment by guiding and training others to find gainful, fulfilling employment. We work with young people in the community to help prepare them for their future through mentoring programs, job fairs, and especially through our vocational scholarship program.

The application form for 2024 Career and Technical Education/Vocational Scholarships can be downloaded from the link below. Applications must be submitted directly to, screened and sponsored by a District 6440 Rotary Club and forwarded (by the sponsoring club) to the Rotary District 6440 Vocational Scholarship Committee by March 23, 2024. Final interviews are planned for late March or early April. Selections will be announced no later than April 20, 2024 and made available to the sponsoring club vocational service chair and published on the District website.
VETERAN VOCATIONAL SCHOLARSHIP
The Veteran Vocational Scholarship is to provide scholarship awards for veterans and their families who are preparing for vocational careers that require LESS THAN A FOUR-YEAR DEGREE (Associate Degree, Diploma or Certificate) in order to enter into those careers and become successful and productive. Vocational scholarship's will not exceed $500. Veteran family include immediate family members related by blood, marriage, or adoption to a member that served honorably in the U.S. armed forces, including deceased members.
