CRITERIA FOR SELECTION:

·         Complete a one page letter of application that includes personal goals, college goals, personal vision and a statement of why you should be awarded the Rotary Scholarship.

·         Average academics performance (A/B/C) during four years of high school (Transcript required from School)

·         Extra-curricular participation- Include List

·         Work experience while attending high school

·         Financial need - this is a key issue.

o   Copy of Parents 1040 Tax Form from the previous year and a completed tax from the Applicant.

o   Personal (not done by a family member)

o   Work related (manager, supervisor, co-worker)

o   School (teacher, principal or counselor)
