What a full and wonderful month we had in November! We had wonderful speakers this month with: - Brenda Escutia/Harper College sharing updates from the students in our current Fishing Well Scholarship Program;
- Carolyn Litton/Hearts for Hope leading the club members in making care packages for those in need in our community;
- and then to top it off the FIRST EVER Fully Involved Fire Department created by the Hoffman Estates Fire Department/NWSRA telling stories about the inclusive program with some of their students as our guests.
Just to listen to the exploits of these great local treasures, gaining knowledge about them/their programs AND being part of it all in some small way creates a joy that is difficult to describe - and that was just a small part of our month as Rotarians!
