Recognize Philip Palmer for WHIS-RAD Program

The Park Ridge Rotary Club presented a Paul Harris Fellow to Miep Palmer, in honor of her late husband,  Dr. Philip  Palmer in recognition of his dedication and commitment from 2000 to 2013 to the Rotary WHIS-RAD program and his generous gift of time and effort to make the Rotary program successful.  Club President John Alan Boryk is making the presentation as John and Ellie VandenBrink look on.  Also present and in the picture are Dr. Palmer's daughter Allison Leak and close friend Ann Grey.

The ceremony took place  at the Chicago Union League Club in December.
