TotalLink provides innovative programs and services that teach critical life skills to help prepare young adults with special needs for the world of work. Our learning labs, skills development programs, social programs, and customized employment process empower young adults to be confident, independent, and deeply rooted in their communities.
Their clients come to them with disabilities that range across a broad spectrum; from those with complex support needs to those that are more highly functioning.
TotalLink2 Community creates partnerships with local employers to increase competitive, community-based employment for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Nationally, 85% of adults living with intellectual and developmental disabiliteis are unemployed. TotalLink is doing everything we can to change that and we need your help. TotalLink partners with employers to find the right job within your company for a qualified and motivated jobseeker. To date TotalLink has placed 120 people with disabilities in paid jobs.
TotalLink provides solutions to this often overlooked or neglected group of people.
