NOVEMBER 6 DEADLINE
 
We’re working with a consulting group to help guide our strategic planning process, and we want to hear from as many people from the community as possible to learn what is important to them.
 
Please help us do this by sharing our community survey. 
 
Help shape Northbrook Public Library's future by taking an important community survey that will help guide their strategic planning efforts for the next 3-5 years. The survey is open until November 6 and is available in English, Korean, Russian, and Spanish at www.northbrook.info/survey.

DONATION BINS EXPANDED
 
Donation bins for the Rotary Clubs’ “Coat Off Your Back” drive can be found throughout the Village of Northbrook, Glenview and  Deerfield at the following locations through December 15th:
  • Northbrook Drops at:  American Weathermakers, Ancient Tree, Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, Life Time Northbrook, North Suburban YMCA, Northbrook Chamber of Commerce, Northbrook Library, Northbrook United Methodist Church, Northbrook Village Hall, Orange Theory, St. Giles Episcopal Church, Sanders Cleaners, School District 28 (Northbrook Junior High, Greenbriar, Meadowbrook, Westmoor), School District 30 (Maple, Wescott), Sunset Foods, Waterways 
  • Glenview Drops at:  Glenbrook South High School, Glenview Ice Center, Glenview Public Library, Glenview Tennis Club, Weiss Ace Hardware
  • Deerfield Drops at:  Deerfield Bank & Trust, Deerfield High School, Deerfield Public Library, Jewel Osco (Lake Cook/Waukegan) Patty Turner Senior Center, Sachs Recreation Center, Whole Foods

All sizes and genders from adult to children will help. We can accept hats, gloves, scarves new OR in new condition.  For additional locations, log on to RotaryNorthbrook.org.
 
 
 
Coat Off Your Back  Illuminate Northbrook will take place on Friday, November 17th  where we will collect coats and give out free hot chocolate. Volunteers are needed.
         
Food Insecurity  Northbrook Rotary will sponsor two tables at Feed Six (Allstate Arena) on Nov. 11th where we will pack meals for food insecure populations including Veterans.
 
Operation Santa Claus will benefit the Green Bay Early Childhood Center and students in the Study Buddies Program at Youth Services Glenview/Northbrook.  Members will be sent details in the next couple of weeks.
