I hope everyone had an enjoyable holiday break. Northbrook Rotary lunch meetings at the Northbrook Hilton resume this coming Tuesday, January 7.

We will begin lunch by enjoying a scrumptious Chef’s Soup and conclude with Chef’s Dessert Delights and coffee/tea.

Please select one of the following entrées:

Spaghetti with marinara sauce, meatballs & garlic bread, or

Vegetarian Pasta Primavera & garlic bread, or

Fresh Fruit Platter with cottage cheese, or

Chicken Caesar Salad, or

Caesar Salad

Meeting will be in the Hickory Room.

If you expect to attend, please respond with your meal entrée selection, preferably by Sunday evening.

As always, you are encouraged to bring guests.

Members of the Board

Following our club meeting this coming Tuesday (January 7th) we will have a short special Board meeting in order to consider a motion for a bond waiver with regard to our bingo/raffle event scheduled for April 4th.

This waiver is a village requirement in order for us to obtain a raffle license for the event.

Dear members of The Rotary Club of Northbrook,

As we embark upon a new year, an exciting development will soon take place in our club. The Strategic Planning Committee is working on a survey, to be submitted by email, to each member for their feedback.

Some of the goals of the survey, among other things, will be to enhance members' club experience, increase membership and address members' concerns. I am asking each of you to fill out and return the survey. The more surveys that we receive means the more accurately the Strategic Planning Committee can assess the issues raised in the survey in order to make our club even better than it already is.
