- After reading your Rotary Magazine – bring to meetings to share with prospective or new members!
- Leave Rotary Magazines at the Doctors office, salon or reception area of a business with a waiting room –(with permission of course) but add a sticker with the club website and contact info on it.
- Small business cards, QR code to promote a fundraiser event!
- Meet in person or on zoom with cohorts from other clubs who have your same role to share ideas that are successful and ones that are not!
- Power of One: recognize EVERY Rotarian effort regardless of how many participate.
- Club ideas: Elgin breaks out their 4 meetings to one each monthly: lunch; education; service project and social! They mix it up and keep it relevant and fresh.
- Another club mentioned – they have lunch memberships, and service memberships.
- Get involved by reaching out to municipal leaders to see how Rotary can help: police, fire, schools. One club does the “Stop the Bleed” at schools in sync with their first responders:
- Join in with other clubs to do service events. Could we “mentor” new clubs? Evanston has a “new” club with 18 members.
- Is it time to do another Rotary Visioning process?
