About Stu Rosen: "I am a fourth generation baker and the fortunate to be the second generation leader of this particular baking company. I have been blessed to inherit an excellent situation to build off and a great team to work alongside. While most of preparation took place working at the bakery as much as I was allowed to from the time, I was 6, I also hold a bachelor’s degree from the Cornell School of Hotel Administration and a Master’s Degree from the Kellogg School of Business.
In addition to my Highland family, I live in Highland Park with my wife Leslie, who I was lucky enough to meet my first day of college, and our four children – two daughters who are 15 and freshman at Lake Forest Academy and a son and daughter who are 12 and in 7th grade at Lake Forest Country Day School."
