Thanks to everyone who came out to Shermerfest for the Ducky race. First place duck belonged to Jeff Glass for $1,000. 2nd place duck to Christina Rose and 3rd place duck to Jim Karignas. Sorry to report the winning duck number didn't match the secret envelope so no $50k winner from insurance. Special thanks to Northbrook Park District , Village of Northbrook, Illinois , the Northbrook Historical Society , and Providence House for all your help!! The village Public Works Dept. had to clear a fallen tree at Race time! And thanks to our own Denis Pollina for all his work in making this fundraiser a success! More pics to come. |
