The most recent case had an onset of paralysis on 10/15/24. Fifty-three WPV1 Environmental Samples and no cVDPV2 Positive Environmental Samples were reported this week in Pakistan. Afghanistan No new Wild Polio cases reported this week. Twenty-three Wild Polio cases reported in 2024. Six Wild Polio Cases reported in 2023. The most recent case had an onset of paralysis on 09/14/24. No WPV1 Environmental Samples and no cVDPV2 Positive Environmental Samples were reported this week in Afghanistan. Over the last few weeks, I have received a good number of telephone calls and emails with questions about the Blane Foundation $35,000 matching program for Polio eradication. Below I have listed the qualifications needed for this generous matching opportunity given to D6440 by the Blane Foundation. The Blane Family and the Blane Foundation have been strong and generous partners of D6440 in the fight against Polio. I’m looking for sixty (60) to seventy (70) donors to get involved with this program.
