The History of Chicago's Hot Dog

Bob Schwartz has spent nearly a half century in the hot dog industry, mostly as a managing senior Vice President of sales and customer development for Vienna Beef. He has authored a successful book called Never Put Ketchup on a Hot Dog, about the history of the hot dog stands and their place in Chicago’s culture. Bob and his wife Marsha have been active in the community and have lived in Northbrook for nearly 4 decades.
