ABOUT THE PRESENTERS

  • Patrick T. Calhan is a CFE Certified Financial Educator® and CE Instructor with the Heartland Institute of Financial Education. Patrick has over 17 years of experience working as a financial practitioner. He became involved with the Heartland Institute after observing the urgent need for financial education in the workplace due to the financial crisis. Patrick attended Marmion Academy and The Institute of International Studies in Seville, Spain. He lives in Chicago, IL with his wife Lea and two sons Jackson and Duke.
  • Wei Zhang is a CFE Certified Financial Educator®, a Certified College Consultant, and an FINRA-registered investment advisor representative. Prior to her current role, Wei has also worked as a teacher in college and a finance manager in Fortune 100 companies over the past decade. She has lived in Northbrook, IL with her family over 8 years.

 

 

  • Patrick and Wei have helped many companies such as Siemens, Comcast, UPS, Classified Ventures and HGS just to name a few, stay compliant by providing financial wellness classes for their employees. They have also been teaching financial wellness classes during the “Money Smart Week” by partnering with the Federal Reserve Bank.
