The State of the Northbrook business community, post pandemic

A bit about Tensley:

Since 2002, Tensley Garris has served as the chief professional officer for the Northbrook Chamber of Commerce, a local business organization with more than 625 members. In addition to providing member services, the Chamber is an advocate for the entire business community and works closely with the Village to maintain a conducive and vibrant business environment. Prior to that, she was the Executive Director of Chicago’s North Shore Convention and Visitors Bureau and Program Director for the Evanston Chamber of Commerce.

Ms. Garris serves on the Village of Northbrook’s Economic Development Committee and its Industrial and Commercial Development Commission. A resident of Northbrook, she is also active in a number of community organizations including Hunger Resource Network, Chicago’s North Shore Convention and Visitors Bureau, Northbrook Days, and the North Suburban YMCA.  Ms. Garris a graduate of East Carolina University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
