RILEE Iron Lung Display at Northbrook Shermerfest

FREE COMMUNITY EVENT!

See what an Iron Lung looked life in the days when Polio was a crisis and learn about Rotary's worldwide efforts to erradicate the disease.  Our club will be hosting the RILEE Iron Lung Display at Shermerfest in Village Green Park in Northbrook. This is being used as an educational tool that will illustrate Rotary's primary mission - To End Polio NOW!

We will also be offering youth the opportunity to paint their pinky finger nail purple to show support for Polio awareness.  

Our annual Rubber Ducky Race is also part of the festivities.  Ducks race at 3 p.m. through the park!
