Our speakers for March 19th were Paul and Michael Schweitzer of Schweitzer Farms. They provided an excellent presentation on modern farming techniques. Thanks to Club member Sara Knight for sharing her family business with us. The Schweitzer Farm in Northern Illinois has been in the family for many generations.
