The Rotary Club of Long Grove, Kildeer, and Hawthorn Woods honored local Veterans this past holiday weekend by sponsoring four of them to attend the “2018 Rotary Road Trip to Miller Park”, on Labor Day, September 3rd.
The program was coordinated by Rotary District 6440 and included a tail gate party, and a game between the Chicago Cubs and the Milwaukee Brewers.
Proceeds from the event will benefit the One World Medical Foundation – a 501(C)3 organization supporting PTSD, TBI and Moral Injury research and treatment for our United States Military Veterans.
The tail gate party included a full spread hosted by Saz’s Catering with live entertainment featuring MELLENCOUGAR .
