Rotarians Meet to Replenish Local Food Pantry

The Rotary Club of Long Grove, Kildeer, and Hawthorn Woods met on Friday evening, June 2nd, to stock the shelves at St Mary's Catholic Church Food Pantry in Buffalo Grove.  The Club members stopped at Aldi's to purchase $2,000 worth of food, then proceeded to the Church to unload and box the food for pickup by area residents in need..  The Club has been contributing to this food pantry for many years now.  This pantry provides much needed resources to residents of both Cook and Lake Counties in Illinois.  Thanks to club friends Jim Ronk and Paul Sherman and spouses Marilyn Dopler and JR Bailey (and son Wesley) for helping!
