Polio Update

Worldwide, there were 72 official cases of Polio in 2015: 19 in Afghanistan and 53 in Pakistan. This is the lowest level reported since Rotary pledged to eliminate the disease in 1985; that year, there were 350,000 cases.

 

As of January 25th, there have been zero new cases reported in 2016.
