2016 Rotary Race for Charity

Today was our major fundraising event of the year.  It was our 19th annual Rotary Race for Charity.  This year we had nine local charities participating and a host of local business sponsors.  We were all at the race site at 5:45 AM to continue preparations.  Sausages to be grilled.  Pancakes to be flipped.  Walk-ins to be processed.  Tablecloths and chairs to be made ready.  Tropihies to be lined up.  We weren't going to let a little rain spoil all of this fun.  For some early photos of the event, please go to the Facebook page of one of our sponsors, Chick-fil-A of Kildeer.  We're still tallying the results.  Thanks again to all of our sponsors, charities, walkers, runners, Rotarians and friends and family who made this another great event for the community!  Race results may be found at:
