John, a member of the Wilmette Rotary Club, will share info on a free interactive website to help people make tough medical decisions or to create a personalized advance directive that every adult should have. (An advance directive identifies who you want to make medical decisions for you when you can no longer do so; and it flags the important considerations you want to guide those decisions.) You'll leave the presentation able to create your own legal document for free in the privacy of your home! Meeting will be held at the Kildeer Village Hall. |
