The Lincolnshire Rotary Club invites you to honor your Community Hero with a personalized medallion attached to an American flag. We all have people in our lives whom we recognize as personal or everyday heroes. It may be a family member, friend, mentor, active military member or veteran.
Flags will be on public display at Spring Lake Park from September 11 - 21, 2026.
To participate, fill out the quick form via QR code or the link and follow instructions for payment. The deadline to submit is Friday, August 21. The fee for each individual sponsorship is $50. One form per medallion.
