D158 Five year Strategic plan was introduced to the club by Dr. Scott Rowe, Superintendent and CFO Mark Altmayer. The district is creating a learning environment that is safety oriented and creates less stress for students, while attracting more diverse teaching staff and engaging more with the community. D158 scores a remarkable 20% below the state average in fiscal responsibility and they estimate the new solar panel project will give the district an 80% power savings. All very good news from a great "destination" school district.
