Join us, the Rotary Club of Gurnee, on May 4, 2024, for a meaningful day of service as we come together for a highway cleanup event along section 29C - Hunt Club Rd. This section, spanning 1.47 miles from Washington St to IL Rte 132, is in need of our attention to ensure it remains litter-free and safe for all.

While Lake County will provide support by removing filled bags and heavy or hazardous items from the roadside, we, the Rotary Club of Gurnee, are thrilled to take the lead in organizing and executing this cleanup effort. It's an opportunity for us to demonstrate our commitment to environmental stewardship and make a tangible difference in our community.

Volunteers of all ages are welcome to join us for this event. Together, we'll work tirelessly to maintain the cleanliness and beauty of our local roads. As a testament to our dedication, the Rotary Club has been recognized on the highway sign for our contributions to this important cause.

High-visibility safety vests and all necessary materials will be provided, ensuring a safe and productive cleanup experience for everyone involved. Your participation on May 4, 2024, will not only help uphold our commitment to our community but also create a lasting positive impact on our environment.

Let's unite in our shared mission to keep our roads safe and free of litter. Join us for a rewarding day of service, camaraderie, and making a difference in our local environment. Together, we can create a cleaner, healthier community for all.
