The International Service Committee supports many large projects including an ambulance, public bathroom as well as many students desks have been donated to India. An x ray machine to St. Lucia, Trade school in Haiti, Colonoscopy machine to Italy, Clean water wells in Africa, annual contributions to Shelter Box, World Central Kitchen and World Bicycle relief. Recently promoted international literacy by supporting a grade School in Africa as well as one in Mexico
