Congratulations to Bill Marston for another Rotarian of the Year Award. Bill has been a Rotarian for more than 20 years and truly lives the Rotarian life. Bill gives countless hours to the club all year but especially during Rotary Fest. Bill was once again the Festival chairman and did and exceptional Job orchestrating another successful festival.
