Rotary District 6440 Literacy Chair Richard Rosen spoke to the the Club via Zoom at our weekly lunch meeting today. He spoke about the importance of early childhood literacy and how lack of access to early childhood educational programs can impact children throughout their entire lives. The Rotary Club of Elk Grove helps to support early childhood programs in the Elk Grove community.
