Elk Grove Club Foundation chair Cheri Dial presents Jeff Martin with his certificate, pin and medallion after becoming the newest Paul Harris Fellow.  The Elk Grove Rotary Club was a 100% Paul Harris club for several years and continues to strive for that perfection.
