Diveheart Making possibilities for disabilities

Elk Grove Rotarian Cheri Dial presents Jim Elliott with a donation to Diveheart.  Jim is the president of Diveheart which is making possibilities for disabilities.  Diveheart is an incredible organization that uses scuba diving to make a difference in peoples lives.  Many individuals with disabilities have had positive experiences and made incredible progress when worked with in the water.  Diveheart has made an incredible impact on several wounded military.
