Elk Grove Rotarian Bill Beaupre is seen dancing during the Polio Presentation at Mead Jr. High.  The picture in the back shows Psy, an incredible entertainer and supporter of the End Polio Now.  The picture of Psy was part of the "this Close" Campaign which represents the world being 99% Polio Free.  The event was held to educate the entire school about Polio as well as kicking of the Mead Interacts Polio Fund Raiser.
