Scholarships

Each year the committee awards scholarships to local seniors to be used to advance his or her education. Scholarships are awarded for four year college, junior or two year college, and vocational or trade school.

This year (2017) the club will be awarding over $12,000 in scholarships.


Eligibility requirements are that each candidate must:

• Be a current resident of the Village of Elk Grove and must also be a June 2017 high school graduate.

• Be active in the community.

• Provide a reference verifying involvement in and commitment to the community.

• Provide an official high school transcript

• Complete a brief essay on the Rotary Four-Way Test (one page only)

• Enclose a recent photograph
