Ralph Morey from Restoration Unlimited spoke at today's meeting of the Rotary Club of Cary-Grove. Ralph gave a brief overview of the history of his establishment and talked about some of the more interesting automobiles with which his has been involved.
Restoration Unlimited specializes in the design and restoration of antique and classic automobiles. It has been providing service in McHenry County since 1971 and has been at its current location in Cary since 1980. Ralph has five employees that offer complete in-house service to their customer base. Their operation was recently featured on The Velocity Channel displaying an Allard J2 that he and his team had restored. There is a link to that "One of a Kind" series on the website of Restoration Unlimited.
For those who would like to learn more about the restoration of antique and classic automobiles, Ralph's team hosts an open house the 1st Saturday of every month between the hours of 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
