- Utilize new opportunities to report attendance makeups to Sue--visit other clubs, events, meetings, etc.
- Reviewed Succession Planning worksheet presented by Joe Trexler
- The membership approved the expenditure of $1,000 toward the sponsorship of District 6440's Iron Lung Display
- District Governor visits on 11/1/17 Officers & Board Members and 11/2/17 Entire Membership
- Club Storage Trailer will receive pre-maintenance treatment on floor and exterior bottom before completed
- End Polio Now Day October 24th - Village Proclamation, Banner and advertising updates
- Sue reported setting up the presentation of the $500 check toward snow removal for Home of the Sparrow Home
- Encourage investigating Rotary Fellowship Memberships through Rotary International
- Board approved expenditure of $125 toward Merry Cary Parade hosted by Cary-Grove Chamber of Commerce
