Three Oaks Assisted Living
Denise Holt, Community Relations Coordinator for Three Oaks Assisted Living, was our guest at this morning's meeting. Denise gave the membership an overview of the accommodations available at the facility.
Three Oaks offers both assisted living and memory care for its residents. There are approximately 90 units at the facility, which welcomed its first client last July. After a year of being in operation, the memory care section is at capacity and the assisted living section is close to being full also. Each resident is provided a well appointed, fully handicap assessable room that includes their meals. In addition, 42% of the building space is dedicated to common space which the residents are able to use. The second floor has a fully equipped kitchen and dinning room that can be reserved by residents for family functions. The facility also offers a personalized care system that allows residents to only pay for the care they need.
