New Generations Chairman, Patrick Flanagan gave a presentation to members of the Rotary Club of Cary-Grove which highlighted the partnership relationship between the club and the Cary-Grove HIgh School Interact Group.  Patrick's message focused on Community involvement and what the Interact Students have accomplished so far this year.
Rotary International requires Interact Clubs to be involved in at least two community projects a year.  In comparison, the Cary-Grove's Interact Club has 13 major projects planned for the current year.  They raised over $16,000 for Breast Cancer Research at a walk-a-thon earlier this fall and delivered over $17,000 worth of Christmas gifts to an Elementary School located in Chicago.  These are just a few of the meaningful activities in which the students are involved.  For more information about their club, visit their website.
