Installation Dinner

The Rotary Club of Cary-Grove held it's annual installation picnic at Lake Julian.  A special thank you to both Dave and Andi Miller for again hosting the event.  Steve Cherveny was the out-going president having served in that position the past year.  In-coming officers for the 2016-2017 year are Jack Giel (President), Pat Finlon (President-Elect), Sue Maifield (Secretary) and Steve Cherveny (Treasurer).  A special recognition was given to the out-going Treasurer, Bob Blumberg, for his many years of service to the Rotary Club.      

 

What a great venue and wonderful food prepared and served by Bret Coleman, "Coleman's in the Park".  In addition to Rotarian spouses and their families at the Installation picnic, additional guests included Assistant District Governor, Jim Wales and his family and recipients of this year's scholarship awards.

 

A warm-felt thank you to Steve for his year of service to the club, and congratulations to Jack and his new slate of officers for the coming year.
