At our Sept 3 meeting the speaker was Club member Paul Schifferer. Paul has a background in military service, he is retired from the Army National Guard, and is also engaged in community service. Paul recently accompanied the Honor Flight to Washington DC. His enthusiasm was evident as he shared the experience from the beginning of the flight to the welcome home the Veterans received as they returned. Paul shared pictures of the events and places the group visited in our Nations Capitol. We thank all veterans for their sacrifice and their service.
