Bo is keeping us up-to-date on Pete's recovery after surgery.  The sunshine committee will be sending him something and Martha will be distributing a card for him on Thursday.  Keep him in your thoughts as he recovers.  Here is what his employees wrote on Facebook as they keep the restaurant going, and ask for patience and continued support:

Service Project/ Volunteers - Sunday, September 12th - GiveNKind's fund raiser at Par-King , 21711 N. Milwaukee, Lincolnshire from 2:15 to 6:00,  See Deenie about this opportunity.

 

Sunday, September 19 - Green Fair at Mike Rylko Park, next to the Farmers Market, 8 am to 12:30 pm.  We will have a booth with information about our environmental projects.  Any member who would like to volunteer to man the booth and talk about Rotary, please contact Martha at weiss.martha@gmail.com

 

Sunday, September 26 - Green Lake Park, 9 am to noon, shrub planting and seed collecting at Mike Rylko Park.  Please bring friends and family for this event.  See Martha about this event.
